What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated team member to support our fast-growing MedTech start-up in business development, financial planning, and growth execution. This role focuses on building scalable growth systems, including sales funnels, supporting fundraising efforts, and contributing to our international expansion.

We welcome both experienced candidates and junior profiles (part-time possible) who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies
  • Help build and optimize sales funnels (lead generation, conversion, retention)
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and new markets
  • Assist in developing pricing and customer acquisition strategies
  • Product portfolio management
  • Identify and support partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities

FINANCIAL PLANNING & FUNDRAISING SUPPORT:

  • Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Support preparation of investor materials and pitch decks
  • Contribute to fundraising activities and investor outreach
  • Help analyze investment opportunities and business cases

OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE TRACKING:

  • Track key performance metrics across sales, marketing, and finance
  • Support budgeting and basic financial reporting
  • Ensure alignment of growth activities with business goals

TEAM & COLLABORATION:

  • Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams
  • Support administrative and operational finance tasks where needed
  • Contribute ideas and take ownership of projects based on experience level

Required Qualifications:

  • Interest or experience in business development, finance, marketing, or start-ups
  • Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on mindset
  • Experience with sales funnels, marketing tools, or start-ups is a plus (not required)

This role is on-site, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
